Recently my family and I retained Steven Tress to pursue an appeal before the immigration appeal division IRB. Mr. Tress was highly recommended to us by two of his colleagues and we never regretted our decision.
The case was a difficult one involving a determination of inadmissibility. Steven was equal to the challenge and ultimately won before the IAD. He prepares to a fault, is very detail-oriented and is a fearless advocate in court. We were pleased to discover that Mr. Tress was easy to communicate with, since he and his assistant responded promptly to any and every e-mail.
