I would certainly refer anyone who wants to study in Canada to Steven Tress as an Immigration Lawyer. I hired Steven to help me with a study permit for my Uncle. I was impressed with his attention to detail. He was always on top of the situation and really seemed to care about the outcome of the case. stars
